Submit Teaching Materials

“Teaching materials” include information about how to teach with or about stories, such as discussion questions, class exercises, workshop outlines, a syllabus, speaking or writing assignments, term project ideas, lecture notes, bibliographies, topical modules, etc. This form is for sharing with the community materials that you teach with. (There is a separate form for sharing a published health story or repository where you’ve found health stories for teaching.) Thank you! Daena and Kristine

Materials on the Health Story Hub hold a Creative Commons license that allows for non-commercial use without attribution. A user may modify the materials for their own context.
